The food at Au Sans Souci was absolutely amazing! The combination of mountain landscapes, lakes, and the mild climate of Provence made for a unique culinary experience. The hospitality was top-notch too.
Such a shame that I had to leave. I would have loved to stay longer and continue indulging in the delicious cuisine.

The food at the hotel was amazing! We had a fantastic dinner with a great choice of local dishes. the staff were very helpful and friendly, and they even helped us translate the menu. the breakfast in the morning was also good, with a nice selection of fresh bread, cheese, and coffee. the location of the hotel was also convenient, being close to the motorway and offering easy access to other destinations. the rooms were spacious and had lovely views of the garden and outdoor pool.
One small issue was that dinner wasn't served before 7 pm, which was a bit inconvenient for us as we had hungry children. Another minor problem was the bathtub in our room, as there was no barrier to prevent water from spraying all over the place when someone used the shower.

During our Christmas stay, we had a fantastic time at this cozy hotel. The staff were extremely friendly and the service was top-notch. The room we stayed in had a stunning mountain view, which was absolutely breathtaking. The bed was comfortable, and the bathroom was clean and modern. We also enjoyed a delicious dinner at the hotel's restaurant, with excellent food and reasonable prices. The location of the hotel was perfect for exploring the surrounding area and taking in the beautiful scenery. The swimming pool was a great addition, providing a refreshing way to relax after a long day of sightseeing.
Although our overall experience was wonderful, one small downside was the WiFi coverage in our room. We were on the top floor, and the signal wasn't very strong.
